Information we process
When you register, place an order or contact us, we may process your name, email, phone number, delivery or billing address, account details, cart, order, selected store and necessary technical logs.
Location and store selection
Your browser requests device location only after you allow it. Distance is calculated in your browser; Easywok does not receive or retain your precise coordinates. We save only the identifier of the store you ultimately select so the cart can continue and the order can be routed correctly. You can decline location access, choose manually and change stores at any time.
Cookies and retention
Necessary cookies remember language and selected store for up to about 12 months. Accounts, orders and transaction records are retained as needed for operations, security and legal obligations.
Payments and third parties
Once Stripe is enabled, payment will be handled on Stripe’s secure checkout page; Easywok will not retain full card numbers. After you follow the Uber Eats redirect, Uber’s privacy and cookie practices apply.
Purposes and sharing
Information is used to provide accounts, ordering, delivery or pickup, customer support, fraud prevention, security and legal compliance. It is shared only with necessary service providers or authorities where legally required.
Your rights
Where applicable, you may request access, correction, deletion or restriction, object to processing, and withdraw consent-based processing. Submit a request through the website contact page.

We may update this policy when stores, payment services or processing change. The update date will be shown on this page.
